A housing tower resolved from the facade inward. Motile Heights works through a repeating envelope system — tested across floor plans, sections, and a detailed facade study — that manages solar exposure while giving each unit a distinct relationship to light and view.

Ground-floor program opens the building to its surrounding streets rather than sealing itself off from them, treating the tower's base as civic space and its upper floors, terraced with rooftop gardens, as private accumulation above it.
